Description

Meet Polarderms Cryo, the facial cryotherapy device designed for home. Its metal head cools down to 5 °C or warms up to 55 °C in seconds, with no ice cubes and no freezer.

Cold visibly tightens your features, de-puffs the eye area and soothes a feeling of heat. Warmth relaxes the face and preps the skin for your serum or cream. A five-mode light ring (red, blue, green, white or flashing white) accompanies every session.

How to use

Start with a clean, dry face.
Switch the device on and choose warm mode, 40 or 45 °C to begin.
Make small circles from the centre of the face outwards for one minute.
Apply your usual serum or cream.
Switch to cold mode and choose your level, from 20 °C to 5 °C.
Glide under the eyes, over the cheeks, along the jaw and then across the forehead, always upwards and outwards.
Allow 3 to 5 minutes in total. For safety, the device switches off automatically after 10 minutes.
Clean the head with a soft cloth after use. Never immerse the device in water and don't cover the vent on the back during use.

Caution: keep the device moving and don't hold it in one spot for long. Do not use on the eyelids or on broken or irritated skin. If you have Raynaud's disease, cold urticaria, active rosacea, are pregnant or have any doubt, ask your doctor.

The metal head of Polarderms Cryo reaches the chosen temperature directly, with no external cooling element to prepare. Four cold levels (5 to 20 °C) and four warm levels (40 to 55 °C), instant switching between modes.

How it works on the skin

Cold temporarily constricts surface vessels, which visibly reduces puffiness and gives a fresher complexion. Warmth slightly opens the pores and relaxes the tissue, so the skin better absorbs the skincare applied afterwards.

Light ring and comfort

A five-mode LED ring (red, blue, green, white or flashing white, chosen with a press of the LED button) surrounds the head to accompany each session visually. It fits in one hand, designed for daily use in front of the mirror.

How often should I use Polarderms Cryo?

Every day if you like. We recommend at least three sessions a week to get the full benefit.

How soon will I see a result?

The effect of cold on under-eye bags and puffiness is visible from the first use, within minutes. For a fresher complexion day to day, use it regularly, at least three times a week.

Morning or evening?

Both work. In the morning, cold de-puffs and wakes up the face – the ideal step before make-up. In the evening, after cleansing, warmth relaxes your features, then cold refines the look of pores before bed.

Are there any precautions?

Keep the device moving and don't leave it in one place for long: prolonged cold can tingle or irritate. Avoid the eyelids and broken skin. If you have Raynaud's disease, cold urticaria, active rosacea, are pregnant or have any doubt, ask your doctor.
